When I embarked on this journey as a podcast host I never could have imagined the deep impact it would have on my own personal growth. Through my conversations and connections, I’ve witnessed and captured moments that have not only shaped the lives of those in front of the mic but have also forever left a mark on my own heart and soul. It is this transformative power of storytelling that continuously inspires and motivates me to delve deeper, to explore the hidden layers of emotions and meaning that lie beneath the surface.

I recently had the privilege of going deeper in this work by partnering with photographic artist, Bianca Morra, to help women create a month of stand out social content in a day- showing the breadth and essence of WHO they are and WHAT they do. Our first client with this offer was the extraordinary Pam King, a changemaker entrepreneur who personifies the essence of authenticity, innovation, and meaningful impact.

We began this process with a masterminding session, so Pam could let go of all the thoughts in her head and have space to collaborate on her marketing. With everyone on the same wavelength, we hopped into one of our recording rooms and I began interviewing Pam while Bianca captured her in her element on-camera. We were immediately hit with this full feeling of excitement and awe. I knew that this would be more than just a content creation session; it would be an exploration of Pam’s journey, her dreams, and her unwavering commitment to helping entrepreneurs uplevel the systems and work they do to reach bigger clients.

As the questions flowed and the camera clicked, a narrative unfolded before us. Through each carefully constructed frame, we unearthed Pam’s unique vision and holistic approach towards life and business. Her brand is not merely about making a profit or gaining recognition; it’s about creating an empowering and supportive experience, one that resonates with her clients on a soul level. Pam’s unwavering dedication to authenticity along with her personal mission to research, storytell and help left us wanting more.

The interview with Pam allowed us to delve even deeper into her experiences and motivations. Her journey from teacher to operations consultant (aka changemaker entrepreneur) was one filled with vast knowledge and education, challenges and a heavy dose of trust mixed with gumption. The second she got behind the mic… she became a different person. Her expertise poured out, her demeanor changed as we watched her step into her life’s purpose. Bianca and I were both blown away by this result of the day. We kept looking at each other saying “THIS!”

This process helped us see the true need for innovation in the marketing space. It isn’t just about doing more of what’s working for everyone else, but about doing something new, embracing a unique perspective from each founder and creating something one-of-a-kind.

We’ve learned that, now more than ever, is the time to see beyond the surface, to look for the moments that encapsulate the essence of a person or a brand. The work we do is not just another marketing trend; it is a portal into emotions, experiences, and meanings that would otherwise remain unseen.

As I continue on this journey, I am eternally grateful for the opportunity to play a small role in the narratives of individuals like Pam King, who are pioneers of change and who remind us all of the power we hold within to make a difference.
